My name is Cam!

Cam is a 8-9 year old, 6lb Chihuahua from Oklahoma.  Cam was surrendered to a shelter because his family decided they didn't want to care for him anymore.  He was set to be euthanized because the shelter was so overcrowded so a wonderful rescuer took him in until a plan could be made to get him to CO to true safety.  He has been in Colorado for a couple weeks now and is ready to find a forever family of his own just in time for the holidays.  Cam is the definition of a shadow dog.  He loves to follow his foster Momma around anywhere and everywhere.  He loves to be held and snuggled at all times.  He would be so perfect for a lower key person who just wants a snuggle bug to hang out with during the days and sleep wtih at night.  He would obviously need daily little walks/outings like every dog to keep their mental health strong, but he really just wants to be held as much as possible.  He will need to find a human who lets him sleep in bed because he loves snuggling close all. night. long.
