Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Poe
Meet Poe – A Chatty, Loving Gentleman Ready for His Hero!
This is Poe, a charming black-and-white short-haired cat with a personality as unique as his looks. At 10-12 years old, Poe knows exactly what he wants in life: a cozy lap to sit on, plenty of love, and a human who appreciates the perfectly imperfect.
Poe is quite the conversationalist—he loves to chat and will keep you company with his adorable meows. His quirky features, like his bent ear from past surgery and his short bobtail, make him all the more special. Poe’s diet is simple but specific—he’s a chicken canned food and Churu enthusiast. And with just two bottom canines, he’s an easygoing eater.
This big-hearted guy is incredibly affectionate and adores children. However, Poe needs to be in a single-cat home. Though he does well with dogs, he's happiest as the sole kitty star of the household.
Poe’s story hasn’t been without challenges. He suffered from severe stomatitis for years before being rescued, which has left him with occasional flare-ups. These are easily managed with a monthly Solensia injection at the vet. His current veterinarian in Greensburg is happy to continue his care, ensuring he remains comfortable and happy.
Poe is looking for a unicorn adopter—a hero who will embrace his quirks and love him unconditionally. If you have room in your heart and home for this talkative, affectionate boy, Poe is ready to be your loyal companion. Could you be the one he’s been waiting for?
