Meet Goldilocks!
- Fun little bundle of playful energy and joy
- Typical chihuahua attitude; some stranger danger but warms up eventually with calm introductions to new people
- Crates well at night and for daytime “time outs”
- Enjoys playtime with dogs and toys
- Tiny, 4 pound velcro dog who wants to be with her chosen humans always
- Still a puppy with sharp teeth and will use them when she’s playing
- Only aggressive behavior she has displayed is some resource guarding with treats/food/laps; corrects well
- Enjoys other dogs after proper introductions; loves smaller dogs but tolerates her medium-sized foster sister
- OK in a car; will need work on leash skills
- Working on potty manners.
- Barks very loudly and shrilly at times; May not be a good apartment dog.
- Quick movements/chaos make her nervous; probably not a good fit for small children.
- Tiny size can make her a trip hazard; she likes to stay very close and is quite stealthy.
Goldilocks is super cute, and I’m sure she’ll make a great pet for any “toy dog” lovers out there. I think she’d like nothing better than to be a constant companion to a favorite human. She’ll make a great “purse” dog, and would love to be carried around in a sling, I’m sure 💕!
As a puppy, I am required to go to training within 90 days of my adoption with a certified trainer.
