My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jack is 3 years old. He was adopted from a rescue when he was around 10 weeks.
He is playful and can be quite vocal when he wants your attention. He is affectionate and loves to spend time lying on your chest to nuzzle or even just sleeping by your legs.
He warms up to strangers easily and has never shown any signs of aggression towards new people. While he has never been around other cats, Jack has grown up around two dogs. He does not mind dogs and occasionally enjoys playing with them, but also values his personal space.
Jack also likes to get himself into trouble sometimes by trying to eat rubber or string (he just recovered from surgery for eating something he shouldn’t have!) so don’t leave those lying around.
Jack does have feline herpes, which is harmless. It just means if he gets stressed out or is in a new environment he can develop a cold. It is easily remedied by administering antivirals, which we keep on hand. He will have a good and long quality of life.
