Is a playful boy who enjoys treats and those who carry them. He`s excited to meet and romp with other dogs and follows you around in the play yard. He`s working on his leash skills while on daily walks with our volunteers. Young Topher currently weighs in at 32lbs with a bit of filling out to do.
