My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Gryffin!

He is 3 years old and 100 lbs.

"Gryff" is an adorable boy. He's a big couch potato and loves snuggles.

Although he can sometimes be a little anxious, he is very loyal and loving.

Tearing up toys and chasing his tail are his favorites.

He's done well with kids, but he takes a little bit of warming up to anyone.

He would also be great with other dogs, but it would have to be a slow transition. He would love a big backyard to protect and run the fence line.

He would make either a family or an active person very happy!

Their adoption process

1.

Submit Application

Most of our animals need a little "extra" to be successful in a home environment - fill out an app to see if you might be a good fit!

2.

Interview

Depending on your app, we may schedule a phone interview to discuss the particular needs of the animal you applied for.

3.

Home Check

Quick home check to make sure that your place is suitable for their new animal.

4.

Approve Application

After you application is approved, we schedule a time for you to meet the animal.

5.

Take the Pet Home

We require that all of our potential adopters do at least a two week adoption trial period before finalizing.

6.

Sign Adoption Contract

After the trial period, if you decide to finalize the adoption we'll send you the paperwork.

7.

Pay Fee

After the contract is signed and their fee is paid, it's official!

Our support does not end at adoption. We continue to offer donation-based post-adoption services to help the new family. <3
