My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Name, age, breed: Baby, 11 year old female, shih tzu mix

Likes: Scratches, almost all attention and affection, treats, short walks, naps

Dislikes: Walks being too long, being overly handled

What would be the ideal home? A relaxed, loving household. She would be fine for first time or experienced pet owners

Good with other cats? Unknown

Good with dogs? Unknown

Good with children? Unknown (but I definitely think yes, she’s so sweet and gentle with all humans)

Temperament: Friendly and lazy

Motivators? Treats!

Any commands? Sit, shake, stay

House trained? Yes

Crate trained? She can be, but she certainly whines in the beginning and when she has a change in her environment she struggles to get used to it again.

How long will it take to settle into a new environment? A few days

Any special needs or traits an adopter should know? She will pull a bit on the leash when she sees squirrels.

Medical: Collapsing trachea (no current treatment required), on anxiety medication and previous mass removal
