My name is Reginald!

Well hello there! The name is Reginald and I'm looking for my forever home. I'm about 9 months old and 20 lbs and I may not get much bigger (my foster mom thinks 30 to 40 lbs at most). As an Australian Shepherd mix some may think I'm full of energy but I'm a pretty chill guy. Don't get me wrong I love going on walks, playing fetch, and fun things like that. But I'm also happy to relax while chewing on a bone or cuddling with my person. I love humans and other dogs but sometimes I get a little scared so I may need some time to warm up. My crate is my safe place and I am happy to spend some time there. When it comes to kids I would do better with older ones. If I see younger kids running around my breed's instincts kick in and I want to herd them. My foster mom says as long as I’m on a consistent schedule and am let out after eating I won’t have any potty accidents in the house. It would also be nice if my new person helped me with some basic commands - I know sit and come but would like to work on some of the other ones. Some more fun things about me: my favorite color is red, pouncing on toys is really fun, and I walk well on a leash. Basically I’m just a cute guy looking for a great family to be in.
