My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I adopted Sweetie from Lollipop Farm when she was only a few months old. She had been found wandering alone outside. She was assumed to be born in July, and I adopted her in Sept. At the time, I owned a good-sized home and worked full-time entirely from home. She has always been an indoor cat, but enjoyed spending a great deal of time in my home's breezeway, which probably made her feel like she was outside because she could easily watch birds. Also, I spent most of my time at home, so I was her constant companion and she got a lot of attention from me. She alsohad more space in the house to wander and explore (she loved exploring in the basement). Since then, I have retired and live in a much smaller place with no basement. In addition, I am hardly home. Sweetie is a very needy cat and wants a lap to sit on almost all the time. I cannot give her the attention she needs and that makes us both unhappy with each other. She is a one-person cat. Quite talkative.
