This handsome boy is Calvin! He arrived as a lost dog along with his brother/bestie, Kevin, on 11/26. No one has come to reclaim this duo so they're now both looking for new, forever homes where they will be loved and cared for. Both boys are friendly and will sit nicely for treats. Since they're such big boys, they're a bit strong on leash. They would benefit from a refresher course on leash walking skills and will need someone patient and kind to guide them.
Calvin is approximately 3 years old, and he weighs 82 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines, and he has been neutered. He will be microchipped upon adoption. Calvin did test negative for heartworms, so that is great news! Please come meet Calvin in run 850; his ID # is 6529.

Cobb County Animal Services was established in 1971. As part of Cobb's Department of Public Safety, we serve the entire county, protecting the residents and animals of Cobb.
The mission of the Cobb County Animal Services Unit is to enforce state laws and county ordinances pertaining to animal control and management; educate the community on responsible pet ownership and wildlife care and provide housing and care for homeless animals, while coordinating their adoptions when possible and humane euthanization when adoptions are not possible.
