This is Coconut, a 6 lb, 8 yr old Maltese Papillon mix who is one of the most adorable, sweet, loving, happy, amusing little dogs ever taken in by Adopt Me Rescue.
When it comes to his age all who have met him have a hard time believing that he is eight years old. As we find him to be a little gem, we are amazed that he came to us as an owner surrender. He gets on just fine with other dogs and the cat in his foster home.
He sleeps beautifully through the night, walks nicely on a leash, rides nicely in the car and is not a yappy barker. He will be a delightful companion for some lucky person.
No children under the age of 12.

Their adoption process

1.
Meet the Pet

Come to our adoption event and meet the dog you are interested in adopting or fill out our adoption application.

2.
Submit Application

After you've met the dog then you fill out our adoption application. If your application is approved we'll let you know.

3.
Approve Application

If your application is approved then we set up the home check adoption.

4.
Home Check

Then there is a home check that is when we bring the dog to the new home and if everything looks safe we leave the dog.

5.
Pay Fee

At the home check that is when you pay the adoption fee.

Additional adoption info

If you are interested in adopting an Adopt Me Rescue dog, please visit our website and fill out our adoption application www.adoptmerescue.org. We review each application and pick the most suitable situation for each dog. WE DO REQUIRE A HOME-CHECK and you must be at least 21 years of age to adopt a dog from our organization.

There is an adoption fee please e-mail us in regards to the dog your interested in and we will let you know the adoption fee.
