Finn is a 1 and 1/2 year old male GSD. My husband and I rescued him in August 2023. Finn was gravely mistreated before we found him. The last picture is the day we brought him home, malnourished and filthy from being locked outside in a small crate in extremely hot temperatures. Due to this he can be quite weary of people, but he is a good judge of character and loyal to anyone who is kind to him.
He is sweet, goofy, and overall a good dog; but, as he has matured, our senior male dog has become aggressive with Finn. I want to emphasize, this is no fault of his own. He never engages or fights back as he is a lover, not a fighter and it breaks our hearts to find a new home for him.
He will chase a ball all day, loves to be pet and payed attention to. He doesn’t like cats, and gets quite sick in the car so he has special car ride meds to soothe his nerves. He prefers to be at home and would like to be outside often.
