Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bonnie and Clyde are a friendly, social, three-month-old sibling pair looking for a forever home together!
Bonnie and Clyde are super social and love people!
Bonnie (black, female) is known for being the ""helper"" around the house. Working on a computer? She's there ""helping"" you by pawing at the cursor! Scooping the litter box? She's there ""helping"" you (by sitting right in your way)! This girl loves being a part of everything her people do and can't wait to be in a forever home with people who appreciate all of her ""help"" in daily tasks! Bonnie is also really into giving kisses and thinks it's her job in life to keep you clean and cared for. Really, she just wants to be a part of everything in your life and hopes you appreciate all her hard work.
Clyde (tabby, male) is such a lover. He loves his people so much that when they talk to him, or even just make eye contact with him, he's already purring! Although he plays hard and is a total goof with his tunnel and his toys, he's a cuddler when he gets sleepy. Clyde firmly believes that nothing is better than a cozy nap in a lap. It could be the lap of his humans, or any human really. He's not biased about who's it is, he just really loves laps!
In addition to their individual personalities, Bonnie and Clyde are extremely bonded and love spending time together. Between chasing each other, wrestling, and playing with toys, they have such a blast together. When they're tired and ready for a nap, you'll often find them curled up together, purring, and giving each other kisses.
Bonnie and Clyde are typical, rambunctious kittens who will require lots of enrichment and regular daily play time! They would love to have a cat tree or two, lots of toys, and a tunnel is a definite bonus. As kittens, they tend to play hard for a few hours, followed by a couple hours of napping, and then they repeat!
Bonnie and Clyde's ideal home is one where their people love having them involved in everything and get so much love! They're super adaptable and would do well in a wide variety of environments.
Who can resist this lovable pair? Bonnie and Clyde can't wait to meet you!
There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best estimate. Adoption fees include a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%. All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated.
Cats are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow up visits and boosters that are not covered by Pet Haven after adoption. Interested in adopting or learning more about this cat? Pet Haven is a foster-based rescue. Our animals live with foster families until they are placed in permanent homes and their foster families get to know the dogs and cats learning important information about the animals. For example, the foster family will know if the dog or cat is good with other animals or children, and will have a good idea of what kind of training, attention, and special needs the pet may require. This makes our foster families great resources for potential adopters!

Our Mission
Pet Haven improves the lives of pets and the people who love them by rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs and cats; reducing pet overpopulation by supporting spay and neuter efforts, and providing resources to people that help strengthen the human-animal bond.
Our Vision
A Minnesota where all pets live in safe, loving homes.
Our Values
Excellence in service and care; community; integrity; innovation; perseverance; compassion; a rewarding place to volunteer
How We Help
Spay/Neuter Initiative Program: Providing support to end pet overpopulation in Minnesota
Owner Surrender: Providing a safe haven for pet owners
Foster: Committed to finding forever homes for cats and dogs
Phoenix Fund for Special Needs: Providing veterinary care for animals in need of healing
What We Do
We help dogs and cats find homes with loving families through foster-based care. Every dog and cat lives with a foster family until they find their forever families. We provide all of their basic needs including proper food, veterinary care, behavior training, and supplies.
Through in-home fostering, we learn about each animal’s temperament, personality, likes/dislikes, and any medical needs. With this first-hand information, we can then find the right family for each dog and cat.
Our volunteers also educate the public on responsible companion animal care and represent respect for animals at all times. Whether we’re working with prospective new families, meeting people at public events, or socializing with friends and family, we encourage others to view and treat their pets as members of the family. We are their guardians, and they depend on us for companionship and care.
We spay/neuter prior to adoption.
We microchip all our Pet Haven Pets and remain as a secondary contact.
We make sure all pets are up to date on required vaccinations
We test for Heartworm and Lymes in all our dogs and are transparent in the results and treament
We test for FeLV/FIV and are transparent in the results. We believe that cats who test positive still deserve a chance at a quality home.
We do not euthanize animals unless they have untreatable health or behavioral conditions that deny them an acceptable quality of life or makes them a serious threat to people, other animals, or themselves.
How We Operate
We rely on adoption fees, tax-deductible donations, grants, and special events to keep our rescue operating. Our staff, Board of Directors, and volunteers have provided the passion and commitment to keep Pet Haven a safe haven for animals for almost 70 years.
We are committed to preventing pet homelessness through the SNIP Grant. Since 2005, we have granted more than $240,000 to organizations in Minnesota to support spay/neuter initiatives.
