My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

All white when he arrived, Maple has developed beautiful lynx point markings to go with his lovely blue eyes.

As he has grown, so has his personality. Maple LOVES to be held and kissed on the face. He purrs and loves to love on his people, his fellow foster kittens, and also the resident dog. When he's really happy he purrs loudly with his mouth slightly open because he is so happy and relaxed. He truly is a mellow kitten and likes laps above all other sleeping places.

The epitome of a lap cat, when Maple is in need of a snuggle (often) he finds his foster parents and purrs very loudly while nuzzling their faces or hands or whatever is closest. He follows his people everywhere, often underfoot and ready to 'help' with whatever is happening.

And Maple loves to play with the assortment of kittens that his foster parents have taken in to keep him company. He is the official greeter of any and all visitors. Maple is very socially adaptable, does well with adult cats as well as the resident dog in his foster home. He has not been around young children.

My foster mom says I am neutered, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect. They say that's good!

I currently live with my foster family in Woodland.

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone's best interests!
