Meet the absolutely precious Haley. She is a 14 yr old Chihuahua mix who is as sweet as they come. Her owners left the country and did not take her or her brother with them. Haley is now ready to find a home that will love her for her remaining time on Earth. She is a healthy and happy girl and does great with her foster siblings. She woud love a lap to call her own and would be a wonderful addition to a calmer household. She is spayed, current on vaccinations and is heart worm negatative. We require an adoption application to be filled out. www.handsofhoperescue.com/adoptapp We will interview all potential adopters and set up a home visit. We will do reference checks and make sure this is the right dog for you. A final contract will then be signed by adopter.

More about this rescue

We are a new rescue, we are working on our 501C3, have our Kansas State Tax Exempt status and will have Federal soon. We save dogs from Kansas and surrounding states that are set for euthanization, are in high kill shelters, or are surrendered by owners who cannot keep them anymore. We are FOSTER HOME BASED ONLY and do not have a kennel, so all of the dogs we take are kept in a home to be loved by a foster family. We are a group of people who want to make a difference once dog at a time.
