Bruno loves making new friends. He gets along great with both people and dogs. Bruno adapts well to new environments so he'll settle in to his new home quickly. He is very affectionate and can't wait to find his forever family to love. Apply to meet this handsome boy today!

Go meet their pets

Some adoptable pets can be found at our shelter in Rowland Heights, California. Our address is 19142 E Walnut Dr N. Others are fostered in home environments throughout California. Visiting pets are by appointment and only after an application has been filled out. We are willing to drive or meet between locations, even if it means a 2 1/2 hour drive. Our main goal is to find our animals the best possible forever home.

More about this rescue

Volunteers in Defense of Animals (VIDA) is a 501c3 and consists of a small group of volunteers and a network of foster homes. We help find homes for homeless dogs and cats, care and protect neglected and abused animals. We are working to end the suffering and mistreatment of dogs and cats in Southern California. We bring spay and neuter services to areas where families cannot afford them; we facilitate the rescue, foster care, and adoption of animals whenever possible, and we offer education and support to those involved in the care of animals.
