Axel came to ACR with a badly injured front leg. A follower of ACR was driving her delivery truck and the vehicle in front of her truck had a kitten fall off as it was going down the road. She turned her truck around and went back to find what fell off, concerned it was possibly a kitten. She quickly found this sweet boy laying on the side of the gravel road unable to use his leg. He also had a degloved front lip and a bloody nose. She instantly called our foster and said can you please save this baby. Of course the foster knew instantly the ladies at ACR would open their arms to this baby!

Volunteers networked and we got him to the vet in Sioux Falls. Thankfully nothing was broken and time would tell if he would be able to keep his leg. He had damage to the muscles and tendons. He spent time being spoiled by two foster families. He’s spent time with a work from home momma and a foster with a home daycare.

Axel loves kids of all ages and being around other cats. He loves to snuggle and have attention from his human friends. He’s a little purr machine and has the sweetest look about him.

He was back to the vet and they cleared him for adoption. His leg has healed but he does have a little random limp. As he’s grown it’s gotten better and gets stronger every day. His leg never slows him down! He runs and plays with the other cats. He currently lives in a home with stairs and has no issues with them.

He’s a very sweet, passive personality, and loves attention. He would love to find a home in time for the holidays and find someone that will make him as part of the family.

Otherwise, the majority of our cats and kittens are in foster homes, but will be available to meet at your convenience. If you see a cat you'd like to meet, please go to our website and fill out an adoption application, them email us at AllCatsRescue@gmail.com to set up a time to meet the kitty.
