Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
We rescued Dusty at 3 months old and fell in love. He was sent to board-and-train for three weeks for some basic puppy training. We've had him for two years now and unfortunately his resource guarding has become an issue with our other dog.
We have two small kids that he loves but he's a 65 lb dog and doesn't always know his own strength. He's loving, fun and the best cuddler in the house, it breaks out hearts but it's a stressful fit for the family these days.
Likely the best fit is one with older or no kids, and no other pets in the house.
