Hi, I`m Nova! I`ve got a spirit as bright as my name suggests. I`m a sweet girl, always ready to give you a wagging tail and a gentle nudge. The people here aren`t sure of my past because I came in as a stray. I`m really glad I ended up here though because the medical team was able to remove some tumors I had. I`m feeling much better now, thanks to them.
I`ve got energy to spare, so I`d love a home where I can stretch my legs and play. I`m independent and like to do my own thing sometimes. I also love a good sniff walk to get in all of the fun smells.
I`m not sure how I feel about cats, or kids and I would rather not live with another dog because I really don`t like when they get in my face. I`m not suited for apartment living unless you have direct access to the outside. With all that said, the people here really like me and say I`m such a nice lady. Adopting me means gaining a loyal, energetic friend who will always be by your side. Also you may have noticed i`m what they consider a `special paws` adoption, this is because when I came to the shelter I had a cancerous mammary tumour that needed to be removed. I`m recovering well and this all means my adoption fee is up to you!
