This regal long-haired GSD is Arlo 6835. Arlo is estimated to be around 2 years old. He found himself in an overcrowded shelter and was placed into vet boarding for two weeks in order to spare his life while we finished a planned vacation. While in boarding Arlo has been updated on all his vaccines, microchip and he was neutered!

Arlo is 100% potty trained. He is also crate trained although he'd much prefer to hang with his people. He is an energetic, typical shepherd boy! He LOVES toys. He plays with all toys from squeaky balls or chew toys and loves them all. He tends to watch your hands thinking you're either going to give him a treat or a toy so he can be a little mouthy with your fingers. He takes treats fairly gently and will seat very pretty. He doesn't seem to know any other commands and hasn't been taught manners. He has counter surfed a few times but learns quickly. Arlo can be a big goof, he likes running in the yard and he's a strong boy on leash. The first day at our house he didn't hesitate to get on the furniture and leaped over the back of the couch to follow his foster dad. He has no issues with stairs, hardwood or carpet. So far he's been a really sweet dog. He is absolutely stunning, smart and has so many good qualities. We're unsure of his friendliness toward other dogs. He does tend to bark quite a bit but he will soon be meeting other dogs so stay tuned.
