Bio: Born in a pile of trash in Del Rio, Texas Talvy and his siblings made their way North for a new life. Talvy is one of the tallest in his litter and so far the bravest. He wants to break out of the puppy pen and see what’s happening and especially wants to be held. Foster mom thought he was just loud and screamy but it turns out he just wants to be loved on. Talvy will need ALL things puppy. These babies are not potty trained, obedience trained, or crate trained. Please only apply if you are committed for their entire life and can deal with their and training needs as they grow. Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc. Is an all foster based 501c3 rescue. License #487823. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved.

Home Check

We ask for a virtual home tour (pictures or videos) Can be submitted through the application or when we contact.

3.
Interview

We will discuss what your looking for and if the current pet fits that or match you with someone who does . Done via phone.

4.
Approve Application

There is 3 days from time of approved app to determine a meet and greet

5.
Meet the Pet

All household members must be present and any current dogs.

6.
Sign Adoption Contract

Fee is paid. Adoption photo (if adopter is okay with ) is taken

7.
Take the Pet Home

Additional adoption info

We keep our applications on file for a year. We try very hard for the best match all around. Definitely can switch the dog you applied for if a better fit is found.
