My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jackson was adopted as a puppy, and found his way back to us years later by unknown circumstances that lead him to be scared on his return. While he is amazing and loving with those he knows, Jackson is slow to trust with strangers in his home. He loves to cuddle and adventure. He loves toys and treats, and is highly motivated to learn. He is amazing with other dogs! He’d do best in a home that is dog experienced and willing to give him time to adjust. Once he knows he’s safe with you(he can be convinced with treats and kindness), he will love you fiercely and forever!

More about this shelter

Wynne Friends of Animals came into existence when it learned that the City of Wynne was euthanizing over 800 dogs per year. The city pound was just a dumping place with horrible conditions. Funds were raised and money borrowed to build a new animal shelter which is solely run by donations, grants, etc. Since the opening of this shelter, we have decreased the euthanasia rate by 75 percent. We do it to help God's creatures and for the love of the animals. Our website and our Facebook page have testimonials, additional information, our list of adoptable dogs and more.
