Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We call her Diva - just because she's so sweet and beautiful.
It's only been a few days since she was picked up from the streets where the temperatures started dropping and she was left on a blanket (see picture) all alone and confused.
At first she was distant, quiet, worrisome, and unsure. But slowly she understood that we were trying to help her and she ate her dinner and had a good, safe sleep in a crate.
The next day she visited the vet who estimated her to be an 8 pound chi mix, and approximately 2 years old.
Her foster says:
She's good with other dogs.
She runs around the house exploring but so far her favorite is being next to you or in your lap.
She's quiet and happy.
When I put her in her crate she's fine but will cry a little (you can barely hear her) when I walk away.
She definitely wants to be with her person.
She was good at the vets, she ran around and checked everyone out. She was good in the car until the ride home when she threw up in my purse.
If adopted, Diva can come to NJ on our next transport.
