My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Teeter is everyone’s favorite tomboy! This brindled beauty can hang with all her brothers and is fairly rough and tumble herself. And if you look really closely, you can see Teeter’s Teefers!! There’s just nothing cuter than that! Teeter is a 4.5 month old, female, Pittie mix. She’s come to MHCR from a small, under-funded, high-kill shelter in Texas where she and her family were facing euthanasia due to under-staffing. Teeter is very human focused and would much rather be getting loved and belly scratches from her peeps than wrestling with the canine crew in her foster home. If there’s not a hand available, she will gladly join in the fun, though.

Teeter is in foster in Mead, Colorado.

*We require all adopters to come to Colorado to adopt. *We do not transport dogs. *

MHCR aims to provide abandoned, neglected, and abused dogs a loving home to grow and learn in until a suitable forever home is found.
