This gorgeous young girl is Addie. She was taken from her house because her owner got busted for drugs and was heading to jail. There was another nursing mom at the house and when they arrived at the first facility they were separated. Addie was distraught; she wouldn`t stop shaking, crying, and drooling. We then moved Addie in with her canine friend and babies and all was well in her world again. So it`s safe to say Addie loves other dogs and puppies! She also really loves people. Upon intake, we noticed Addie`s back legs looked swollen. We took her to the orthopedic specialist who discovered that she has two old injuries to both back legs. They were both broken and never treated, so they have healed in an odd way. The orthopedic specialist stated there isn`t anything we can do at this point because the bones have already started to heal how they are. Addie doesn`t seem to know that she has old injuries! She runs the property all day and shows off her zoomies.
All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, current on vaccines, and current on flea/tick/heartworm preventatives. Our puppy adoption donation is $350 and our adult dog adoption donation is $200. Please email info@BigHearts4PawsRescue.org for an application.
