If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Chase is 4 years old. We have had Chase since he was 6 weeks old. He is a lovely, affectionate dog who is great with adults. Since he was neutered 2 years ago his personality changed and he became very possessive over the adults in the home. He is extremely loyal and protective over his owners. We have two kids who have become afraid of him. He growls and snaps at little kids. He is not suitable for a family with young kids or other pets. He is fully house-trained and we can leave him home alone for 4-6 hrs without any problems. He does not like to be crated. He needs to be walked twice a day and needs a warm loving home where it is peaceful. Chase is highly-intelligent and enjoys routine. He's a lovely pet for an adult-only home.
