Meet sweet Mera! Mera was rescued at a managed colony where her rescuer clearly knew she was out of place and didn't hesitate to bring her indoors. She is so grateful to be inside and all it has to offer. Mera loves spending her days on her window perch, bird watching or hanging by while you go about your day. She is as sweet and as affectionate as it gets and loves nothing more than your kisses, pets or to cuddle up with you. Mera is ok as a solo or with other pets.

Mera is about 1-2 years old. She's spayed, microchipped, fiv-/felv-, up to date on all vaccines and ready for a wonderful furrever home!

Additional adoption info

Interested adopters first fill out an adoption application, after which they can visit our animals in their foster homes. If they would like to adopt and their application is approved, they then complete an adoption contract. We also ask for an adoption fee to help us continue our work.

We hold Saturday adoption events at Unleashed by Petco in Park Slope and Petsmart on Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn (check our website and Facebook page for more information) and have cats at Bushy Tails pet store in Bushwick and Petsmart.
