Adorable, friendly, and affectionate, 2-year-old Bobby is ready to find his forever home! This sweet boy is full of love and will charm you with his warm personality and endless snuggles. Bobby is the kind of cat who will brighten your day with his presence and make you feel like the most special person in the world.

Bobby is FIV+ (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), but don't let that deter you! FIV+ cats can live long, healthy, and happy lives, just like any other cat. FIV is not easily transmitted and it can only spread through deep bite wounds, so Bobby can safely live with other friendly cats. He just needs regular vet care, a healthy diet, and lots of love, things every cat deserves!

Thank you for your interest in adopting, please fill out the attached application to start the process once you see an animal you are interested in. Once reviewed we can set up a meeting, appointments are made daily from 12-4:30.

The Associated Humane Societies rescues stray and homeless animals, both domestic and wildlife, providing quality care and sanctuary until loving homes can be found. As a community-based organization, we provide low-cost veterinary care and humane education to promote responsible pet guardianship throughout New Jersey.

For over a century we have offered a haven to abused and neglected animals. Founded in 1906, AHS is the largest animal sheltering system in New Jersey, operating three shelters located in Newark, Forked River, and Tinton Falls. Our Forked River facility also includes Popcorn Park. Established in 1977, Popcorn Park is a sanctuary for abandoned, injured, ill, exploited, abused, or elderly wildlife, exotic and farm animals, and birds.

The Society is a not-for-profit, 501(c)3 organization and we take pride in our devotion to the thousands of animals that come through our doors looking for a better life.
