7 yrs old. needs loving quite home. a home for the rest of his life. love bug. wants to be with you. sparky needs grooming bad. while he is a sleep getting a dental i will have ear hair pulled. it will be painful they are way over full. who ever adoptions will need to book a grooming apt right thing. you cant see his feet for the hair. sparky is laid back chill sweet heart. cries to potty or eat. barks for attention. does not like to potty in the cold or rain. trying to make pee pads work. you will need to potty with him.

To adopt one of our adorable kitty's you must come to one of the designated adoption sites, choose the animal you have your heart set on, fill out the paperwork and pay for the adoption fee, then you are on your way.
Please E-mail us about dogs as they are not kept in store and can rotate adoption locations.

****Please when you come bring either a carrier if you are adopting a cat and a leash if you are picking up a dog.****

Petsmart on Highway 92 next to the Super Target every Saturday 11 am to 4 pm, most Sundays. (Dogs)

Petco on Cobb Parkway (41) Saturdays 11-4 (Cats stay at this location 24/7)

The Cherokee Humane Society has been operating for over thirty years as a private non profit animal welfare organization.

We are proud to serve the people and animals of Cherokee County with a variety of programs including adoptions, low cost spay and neutering, low cost vaccinations, assistance with emergency medical care and humane education for people of all ages.

Through our outreach, advocacy and services, we strive to ensure that animal companionship is accessible to all.

We are not part of the Cherokee County Animal Shelter. They are a separate entity supported by your tax dollars. The Cherokee County Humane Society is private and receives no local, state or federal support. We thrive solely through our thrift store and your generous donations.
