Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

We have an adoption contract for our dogs and cats that needs to be read and filled out. Our most important job is to make sure that our animals are placed in the best possible homes. We have dogs and cats of all ages and personalities. We do everything possible to fit the right pet with the right household.
Our adoption fees are very reasonable, ranging from $250 to $400, depending on the dog and circumstances, cats and kittens adoption fees are $130. All of our animals will be vaccinated, spayed/neutered, rabies, and have a lifetime microchip. We will work with our adopters to find the best animal for them. Finding the best home, not the perfect home, is what we strive towards.

Go meet their pets

Our beautiful animals are available for adoption at our foster homes or in the PetSmart Store in Lodi. We will also, if distance and time permits, bring our animals to meet you!!!

Please call and we can schedule a meet and greet.

More about this rescue

We are a small volunteer foster based animal rescue. We are based in the Central Valley of California, with fosters all over the Central Valley and Sacramento area. We are involved in saving unwanted pets from the high kill shelters of the Central Valley. We rescue, rehabilitate and rehome animals from these high kill pounds who are on death row.

After their stray hold periods are up, we rescue them, so that they will not be killed. All of our animals live in a household with their foster parents. Our feline and canine friends are a huge part of our family and do not reside in a rescue facility. They have a safe haven, in our homes, where they can recover physically and emotionally from their hardships.

They play with our other pets, watch television with us and play in our yards. When you adopt a precious part of our family, you will be adopting a pet that has been showered with love and kindness.

We sometimes keep our babies for quite some time, until the right home comes along. We believe that finding the right forever home takes time. We never rush our animals and when they are adopted to the right family, we know that it was worth the wait.
