My name is Wiley!

Wiley followed me home one day while I was walking my own dog. He was very skinny with a chain dragging from his neck, so I took him in and tried to find a potential owner. With no microchip and no responses on social media I decided the best thing to do for him would be to to foster him and get him adopted. I got him neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and at a healthy weight. Unfortunately, I have had no luck finding him a home or placing him with a rescue. Although he is a fairly easy dog, I simply do not have the time for him in addition to my own aging dog.

Wiley is a very playful and affectionate dog that would love to have a fenced in yard and another dog to play with. He will need slow introductions with people and other dogs, but is a total goofball once he is comfortable. I am happy to arrange a couple meet&greets for interested adopters so everyone can get comfortable before making a decision. I really hope Wiley can find his forever home soon!
