My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Green—Kid by Kid, Dog by Dog

Ace is a cheerful young boy brimming with energy. He is always eager to engage with people and dogs, although his excitement can sometimes be rude. He means no harm. He struggles with impulse control when it’s time to come out. Ace patiently waits for the leash to be attached and enjoys being petted, even in sensitive areas like his paws, although this does make him a bit more excited.

Curious by nature, Ace loves to explore his environment, often pausing to sniff things rather than play with toys. He knows to come, but he is still learning behavior cues and can be guided into a sit or down position with some luring. Ace enjoys engaging with his handler, but his curiosity often leads him back to exploring the environment. He shows minor sensitivity to everyday items, only becoming animated when he hears the sound of metal. However, he does shy away from animated kid toys, preferring to hide from them.

Ace exhibited no signs of resource guarding, although he seemed apprehensive when I touched the bowl of treats while he was eating, indicating he may not be accustomed to that. Ace`s playful nature and eagerness to engage with the world around him make him a delightful companion.
