What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Luffy is a sweet, one-year-old Doberman looking for his forever home. Found without a collar or microchip in August, he’s now neutered, vaccinated, and thriving in foster care.
Luffy is a classic "velcro dog"—loyal, affectionate, and eager to please. He’s highly intelligent, picks up commands quickly, and has a solid foundation in obedience. He loves morning bike rides, fetch, and relaxing with a toy or blanket. Luffy has been friendly with people and known dogs but would do best in a home without cats or small children (unless the family is experienced with working breeds).
Our decision to rehome Luffy is due to our dominant lab, who has been aggressive toward him. Luffy himself has shown no aggression and gets along with our other dogs, though his playful energy sometimes overwhelms our older, more laid-back pets.
Luffy’s loyalty, intelligence, and playful spirit make him the perfect companion for an active family ready to give him the love he deserves.
