Howdy folks, my name is Delilah, and I was one of 13 dogs and puppies living in a San Antonio Texas home when our owner passed away. Her grown daughter was surprised to find us all and reached out to 4 Little Paws Rescue for help, and they did! We all went to various foster homes, all vaccinated, all microchipped, the adults spayed/neutered, and now most of us are ready to find forever families!

I am a scruffy little Chihuahua/Terrier mix cutie-pie, about 2 years old, weigh 12.8 lbs and I’m a sweetheart. My foster mom says I’m a little shy just at first when I meet new people, and when I meet new dogs I stand my ground and try my best to look tough. Once I’ve met everyone I will relax and show my fun and girly side. I’m friendly and affectionate, love kisses and being carried and when my foster mom is holding me in her arms, I lay my head on her shoulder and just listen to her talk to me. I love doggy treats and playtime, not so much into doggy toys, but because we didn't have any, I’m not sure what to do with them yet. I rarely bark and I’m well-behaved. I am about 75% housebroken and I learned how to use a doggy door by watching the other foster dogs. I walk well on a leash, only bark to alert, and I’m not a fan of lots of barking chaos. I’m just a very nice little dog and I’m ready to find my future. I hear the Eastern Seaboard is the place to be, so inquire about me today and bring me home!
