Hello, my name is Kelo. I am a shy, but cuddly Yorkie mix that weighs about 7 lbs. I’m very affectionate and love to lay my head on your lap, kiss, and snuggle next to you on the couch. Despite my initial shyness, I’m a gentle soul who thrives on extra attention and care. I’m super playful and enjoy running around the backyard with other dogs my size and playing with my toys. My previous family could not take care of me so I will require grooming appointments although I get nervous sometimes. If you have a soft spot for a timid yet loving pup, please give me a chance to grow and flourish in a forever home. I can’t wait to meet you!

With an approved application, applicants are considered for the pet they have applied for. Our goal is to make the best match for both the adopting family and the pet. Applications are NOT considered on a first come first served basis. Following an initial meet and great, potential adopters must pass a home inspection and sleepovers are strongly encouraged to ensure a perfect fit. Upon approval, the adoptive family is required to pay a fee and sign an adoption agreement. Fees are $200 for a puppy under a year and $150 for adults and include spay/neuter, current vaccines, microchip and many wonderful years of companionship.
