My name is Benson!

Calling all bulldog lovers! Although we can’t confirm his breed, Benson has the classic English bulldog looks and demeanor. He is a sweet, distinguished couch potato. He came to the Hillsborough County Pet Resource Center as a stray where he was neutered before becoming a 4 Lucky Dog. He is approximately 4 years old, knows basic commands, and is working on gaining weight and perfecting house training. We don’t know anything about his past. Although he is underweight, he seems to have lived in a home because he is extremely affectionate and wants to be with his humans all the time. He enjoys snuggling on the couch, giving you soulful eyes during dinner hoping for a taste of your food, and would be thrilled to sleep in your bed. He gets along with other dogs and is friendly and calm with people. He is being fostered in the New Tampa/Wesley Chapel area.
