Meet Lovely Lily! She has been in her foster home for 2 months and is now ready to find her forever home. She was dumped and walked the road for about 2 days before they were able to coaxed her to safety. Originally she was very shy of humans. Her foster family lives out in the country where too often dogs are dumped. Lily has a Very sweet demeanor. She is super sweet, she “smiles” when she first sees you in the morning. Lily would be a wonderful family dog and although her foster family does not have young children she should be just fine around children. She’s very gentle, FULL of hapiness and playful. She loves other animals. On her visit to the vet, she ran to the door when she heard the other dogs. As soon as the door opened she backed right up then went right in. She’s very smart, she sits, fetches, you can tell her bone or hat and (no kidding at all) she’ll fetch what you ask for. She is a keeper in her foster family's mind but they have a 15 year old dog that is not a fan. Lily is current on all her shots, spayed, heartworm negative, on monthly preventative and microchipped. If you are looking for a great family dog then you have found her. To learn more about Lily and to request and application please contact Vivienne at viviennejames@comcast.net. APPROVED APPLICATION AND ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. (MUST have a fenced yard.)
