Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
When my teenaged son named our pregnant foster cat "Rorschach, we decided that all of Rory's kittens, born 9/18/24, would need to be named after other psychoanalysts as well. Maslow the kitten is named after psychologist Abraham Maslow, who was notable for his studies of mentally healthy people and his theories of self-actualization.
Although I haven't actually studied any of his research, I am quite certain that Maslow the person would have supported the truth that KITTEN LOVE is extremely beneficial to positive mental health! And this sweet little black-and-white kitten with the fat white stripe on his nose has lots of kitten love to give. Maslow has a charming and friendly personality, is smart and playful, and eager to engage with humans. One of his distinguishing features is an extremely kinked tail, with several crooks and bends that make his tail appear short and wide, but this minor quirk does not affect Maslow in any way.
If you are looking to self-actualize your full potential and become the best version of yourself, adopting Maslow the kitten will help you on your way! Maslow can give you a sense of purpose, help you be creative and compassionate, and allow you to be open and spontaneous - all steps that will help you reach transcendence. That's one mighty kitten!
Maslow is neutered, up to date on his vaccines, flea free and microchipped which will be registered to his new family.
Come meet Maslow at the Chino Hills location.
Please note the all adoptions are completed on a first come first served basis. Please complete an application online at Pricelesspetrescue.org.
