My name is Piper!

This is Piper! She was found abandoned and tied up to a telephone pole with a rope so tight around her neck that her rescuer could not even get a finger through it. She was filthy and sad to be left alone. She has been loved by two different fosters, including myself. Her rescuer paid for her to be updated on her vaccines and the vet determined she is between 1-1.5 years old. She is the sweetest pup I have ever known. She is obsessed with any human that gives her attention and just wants to cuddle as much as she can. She is house-broken and obedient and is a fast learner while trying to teach simple commands. I would absolutely keep her and love her if my job did not require me to travel out of state multiple times a month. Please consider this sweet pup and she will love you forever.
