My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Say hello to Moira!!

Moira is a 4-month-old spayed female. She is current on her vaccines and microchipped!

Hi! My name is Moira, I am finally a big kid and am ready to meet my new forever family who I know will fall in love with my adorable personality! Here are a few things about me:

I am more shy than my sister Twyla (who I'd really love to go home with)
and I'd really love a home with older kids that will respect my reserved nature and not chase me or accidentally scare me.

Even though I can be shy when I get to a new home, I have lots of energy and I love to play when I get comfortable; so, I will require lots of toys to play with and things to keep me busy in my new house. I wouldn't mind lots of yummy snacks waiting for me either!

I'd really appreciate a home that has another kitty in it that can help show me how to be a confident cat, because I am a little shy and other kitties help me feel more confident.

**Words from Moira's foster**

"They are the cutest little things with short and stout bodies and the roundest little faces.
Once they are comfortable in their new space they are typical playful and sweet kittens. Initially, they do tend to be timid in new environments so their family should be prepared to slowly introduce them to the home, giving them a room of their own to start. They seek out comfort and companionship in each other and would love to be adopted together or to homes with another cat friend.
Twyla is a the more confident one, the explorer and first to the top of the cat tree.

Moira likes to wait and watch while her sister makes sure everything is safe. Once she gets the “all clear” she is ready to relax, sprawl out and receive all the pets. That is, until it’s time to wrestle with her sister!
These sweet girls should do well with other pets in the home once they have time to adapt and feel safe. I’d recommend older kids who won’t chase and overwhelm them especially during their adjustment period."
