Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cider, our 8 pound 4 month old terrier mix, is providing the distraction we all need. He's outrageously cute, funny and sweet. This means, when Cider walks into a room, all work stops. We've seen perfectly nice people shove others out of the way for a chance to hug him. Cider is certainly a balm for whatever ails you; and now he's looking for his forever home.
Cider was found stray (what?!?) and we were asked to help him because he was reportedly cryptorchid (testicles that had not descended). When we met him, we immediately solved the case of the missing testicles (they were in his scrotum. Always the last place you look) and neutered him. We think Cider really came to us because we all needed a little cheering up.
Friendly with all people, including kids, Cider is an easy guy to have around. He is nearly perfectly potty trained, playful, and affectionate. Cider loves being brushed, which is good, since terrier hair is prone to tangles. Cider would love a basket of squeaky toys and a family who is home with him a lot. Like most puppies, Cider isn't a fan of being alone for long. He firmly declines being locked in a crate. All puppies need ongoing socialization and training and Cider is no exception.
Cider is microchipped, vaccinated and current on his flea and heartworm preventatives. He is not expected to be larger than 20 pounds fully grown.
