Hello there, my name is Franklin and I`m a friendly and affectionate feline looking for my forever home! When you first meet me, you`ll be struck by my adorable looks and charming demeanor. I absolutely love attention and will happily snuggle up to you for endless pets and cuddles. My favorite things in the world are playing with toys, napping in cozy spots, and making new friends. I`m sure we`ll get along swimmingly, and I can`t wait to bring all the love and joy I have to offer to your family!
How did I get here? Transferred from the Onslow County Animal Services.

**You may notice that I only have three legs, but do not worry- it does not slow me down in the slightest! I am currently living in a foster home - please fill out a survey and select a phone appointment to complete the adoption process. Once that process is complete, your adoption specialist will schedule a time for you to meet me in person!**

Adoption Fees:
Dogs 7 months and older: $95
Puppies 6 months and younger: $300
Cats 7 months and older: $45
Kittens 6 months and younger: $150
Rabbits: $35
Guinea pigs: $15

Adoption fees for dogs and cats include:
First vaccinations, spay/neuter surgery, microchipping, deworming and flea preventative.

All cats and kittens have been tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV).

All dogs and puppies have received heartworm preventative, and dogs/puppies over the age of six months have been tested for heartworms.

All rabbits are spayed or neutered.
