Nothing like a distinguished gentleman to brighten up your day! Boots is the type of guy who will greet you into his home like you're part of the family! He was part of a TNR project where he was neutered, but the people who were in charge of him found him to be incredibly friendly! Sure, he can be a little shy at first, but all he truly wants is love. He dreams about cuddling next to his favorite human and getting pets all the time. Once he warms up to you, he'll never want to leave your side.
Though he has tested positive for FIV, you shouldn't let that deter you from adopting him! The most effective transmission method for the virus is through bite wounds. Sharing water bowls or mutual grooming is not an efficient way for the virus to spread. As long as there's no aggression, the chances of cats spreading the virus is slim. But with Boots, it's hard to imagine there's an aggressive bone in his body!
He is the biggest lover boy you'd ever meet! He's quiet, affectionate, and even a bit silly at times! Whenever you pet him, he'll do flips and curl up right next to you! He feels safe in his cat tree, where he likes to nap, but he's slowly becoming more confident! He's a lap cat through and through, and you'll never have to suffer with cold thighs again with this hunk! His foster has slowly introduced their kitties, and he doesn't seem to mind them! Who knew that this handsome guy had a personality to make him more dazzling?
Boots' adoption donation is $90 and includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and neuter.
