MK is a GSD/husky mix. She has mostly been an outside dog, but is learning to keep her kennel clean, and loves to be outside running around. Good with other dogs, not good with cats. She would be fine with kids, she just needs to refine her manners**Please fill out an application found on our website under "adopt a pet" and send it in to start adoption process.**

More about this shelter

Van Wert is a small rural community. The Van Wert County Humane Society has seen hard times in the past but since the Humane Society is under a new board, things have changed for the better and we work hard to care for and adopt the animals at the shelter. We have a small base of volunteers that will come and spend time with the animals at the shelter. We take donations of any sort, and the Humane Society is 501c3.
