My name is Salem!

I rescued Salem when he was about one month old, he has been with me and my family for nine years since. He will be 10 years old in March of next year. He is a very obedient cat and understands simple commands. He is also a sucker for a treat so he will sit for one. He eats a specific type of kibble that supports urinary track health and is very good about drinking water. He does fairly well in new environments and adapts quickly. We think he acts a bit like a dog sometimes, because he likes to be petted a lot and loves to sit next to you, or on top of you when on the couch. He is also a verbal cat so he will let you know if he needs something and will try to show it to you. He is very loving and loves to be a couch potato and play with laser lights. If you allow him, he would be the happiest sleeping on you. Wish we could keep him but our new work and parent schedules it has become challenging for us to give Salem the care, including health, and attention that he deserves and needs.
