Ghost was brought in by his previous owner on 9/9/2023. Ghost was then adopted and brought back to the shelter due to the new family moving.

Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized.
