My name is Owl!

Hallooo! I'm Owl, and I'm girl kitty who is one year old--my fur is mostly white, but I have some orange splotches on my back and a bit of orange tabby striping on my tail! I'll let you in on a secret--I LOVE being held and cuddled! I'm told I'm super sweet and friendly, and I also am young enough that I like to play. The lady taking my photos told me I was giving her a hard time getting good photos because all I wanted to do was get pet!

The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
