My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

With all seven puppies adopted, this mama is looking for a home of her own! At three years old, Pretty Girl is the picture of peace. No puppy frenzies or potty accidents here! She is the kind of dog who likes life on the calmer side, and will enjoy a nice, gentle evening walk just as much as a movie night. Although – she knows how to establish herself in the household hierarchy, like any mama! Pretty Girl’s kindness is not to be mistaken for weakness: under the gentle demeanor is the bravery and loyalty of a mother. Show this pretty girl some love- submit your application below!

More about this rescue

SNIPSA is an organization formed by a group of veterinarians and caring individuals dedicated to helping homeless and unwanted animals in San Antonio and the surrounding area. SNIPSA does not have a standing shelter and depends on a core of volunteers to foster and rehabilitate animals in their homes. This provides us with the opportunity to learn first hand about the animal’s needs and behavior in order to facilitate an appropriate adoption. SNIPSA was incorporated in 2005 and has re-homed more than 3000 animals.
