Snowball is a beauty who is looking for a new home. Snowball is now in a NJ foster home.
Snowball and several other yorkie and Maltese were dumped at a shelter when their breeder shut down. Our partner rescue in Louisiana stepped in to help save these pups! We think Snowball is either a M altese or M altese/yorkie mix. They are all a bit shy, but they are learning how to live in foster homes. Snowball is a sweetie, but can be shy at first. She is learning! They all LOVE other dogs and would do best in homes with other dogs. We aren't too sure on cats or kids yet for most of these dogs.
Snowball is now fixed, up to date on vaccines and tested negative for heartworm. The vet identified she has a luxating patella on her rear leg which is common in small dogs. It was their assessment it did not require surgery. Her adoption fee is $450.
Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
How to Adopt Me!
If you are interested in learning more about me, and possibly making me part of your family, please go to wagoninn.rescuegroups.org. Click on the orange Online Adoption Application button to fill out an application. A Wag On Inn volunteer will be in touch soon!
