Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Maileigh is a four-year-old yellow Labrador Retriever with a heart as golden as her fur. She’s an absolute sweetheart who thrives on affection and loves being the center of attention. Whether it’s a belly rub, a cuddle session, or simply sitting by your side, Maileigh will melt your heart with her gentle and loving nature.
This bundle of joy radiates positivity wherever she goes. Her cheerful personality makes her a delight to be around, and her well-mannered habits ensure she always keeps her space tidy. Maileigh is an easygoing and adaptable companion, and while she seems to enjoy the company of other animals, proper introductions will help her build strong and happy relationships.
If you’re looking for a devoted, affectionate, and joyful furry friend, Maileigh might just be the perfect addition to your home. Get ready to welcome a lifetime of love and loyalty!
Since many of our adoptable dogs are in foster homes, appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt!
Our adoption fees include the following: all of our dogs/puppies are current on vaccinations (DHPP and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, heartworm tested and current on preventative, microchipped, treated for fleas/ticks and are spayed or neutered. Our large dog adoption fee is generally $175 + tax. Our small dog and puppy adoption fee is generally $275+ tax. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Due to space limitations, we do not hold dogs.
Because we are on a busy street, we require that all dogs leaving the shelter be in a carrier or on leash. All pets remain up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee paid.
